Nana Vasconcelos, one of the greatest musicians in this world, died in this morning, in Recife, Brazil. Maybe the best albums of Pat Metheny had Nana as percussionist. Nana, with the real name of Juvenal de Holanda Vasconcelos, was 71 years old. He discovered a lung cancer in the last year. If someone here really knows Pat, please took a phone and tell him. |
