A review of John Taylor’s latest, Requiem for a Dreamer, today at All About Jazz. Sometimes it is worth messing with a good thing, as the British pianist proves here by augmenting his trio of the last several years - bassist Palle Danielsson and drummer Martin France - with saxophonist Julian Argüelles, and it’s an inspired choice.
