I was in Arizona over the last couple of weeks, and went to the Music Instrument museum in Scottsdale. This was an amazing place with a large variety of instruments from many different parts of the world. I am also a guitarist (not professionally) and naturally was going through all the guitar displays and came upon this Guild acoustic guitar on display. I read information about the guitar and to my surprise it was the guitar (or at least one them) that Pat used to record "New Chautauqua" ,one of my favorite guitar recordings ever! It was amazing to examine this guitar up close knowing that Pat played this on that recording. Can’t wait to see the Unity Group in November!

Bookmark and Share I would have loved to play it! Unfortunately, I didn’t have my camera. But I think just seeing it there in front of me was enough and looking at the instrument up close when I knew it was used to make that record was great.

Bookmark and Share Wow, thats a great story. I absolutely love that album. Its perfect, not a weak track. And the tone of the guitars are great. Did you take a picture of it? I will admit, that would be a thrill for me to see it up close or even try it.
