Question and Answer

I just wanted to drop a short note of thanks to you and all the other contributors involved in getting the songbook together and finally available to the public. It is a fantastic resource and really gives us "fans" an inside look into the music that we have enjoyed over the years. I have truly enjoyed sitting in my office late at night listening to my collection of PM/PMG albums at "live" volumes while I follow along with the transcriptions. I would stongly encourage musicians of every level to grab this book - you will get something out of it.

Thanks for all the hard work that went into creating the book. I am sure it was not an easy task!

i really appreciate it, and you can't imagine how happy i am that that book is finally out there. i am very glad to hear from so many folks who are enjoying it. in fact, i think we will soon be implementing a new area of the site to discuss specific aspects of the book. stay tuned.

the next project will be an extended series of transcription books. i am thinking of starting with the trio records, since there is so much playing on those that lends itself to that kind of a book. again, hal leonard will be the publisher. don't know when this will happen exactly - but it will certainly be shorter than the 13 years it took us to get the songbook done!
