Subject: | Too Pumped |

Question: | My career is in acting and lots of stuff I've done in the past few years has been live on a stage also-which is why I'm wondering if sometimes you occasionaly get so pumped up by the music your fingers go too fast or indifferent than what the music calls for. I've experienced the same sort of thing on stage, in a different way of course, but I can imagine what it's like for a musician that needs to stay collected. |

yep, some days are better than others that's for sure. still not exactly sure why. on the days that it's not happening, i just try to stay "inside my game", which can be hard. it's kind of like that thing of driving into the skid when your car is going out of control instead of fighting it. but also, just leaning to accept that some days i just suck has been a part of growing up for me. |
