It’s been a long time since I have seen a Post by Fred Simon at the American Garage. Are you still out there. Last time I heard from you was in 2019 when I was going to the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana to hear Side-Eye. I live in Evanston and would cross paths with you once in a while. |

BobSmith1 : I just found out that this Sunday at SPACE (Evanston IL) at 12:30 PM that Fred Simon is performing with
Anne Hills. I know nothing of Anne Hills and SPACE’s website had no information. Fred is an instructor at the
previously mentioned Music Institute of Chicago (Evanston). I will keep you informed of further sightings. I miss
Fred’s Posts at AG. Fred if you are out there please respond or if anyone else in the Evanston/Chicago area sees Fred
please respond.

MarcNebo--Thanks for the updates on Fred Simon. Doing a search on the Music Institute of Chicago shows that Mr. Simon is a very busy guy!

Sorry, I just went to the Music Institute of Chicago website. The Fred Simon date is a Lecture on Zoom regarding the
music of Herbie Hancock. It will be a free lecture and further information is at the Music Institute of Chicago
(Evanston) website Calendar.

August 30th (Monday) there will be a Fred Simon sighting. He will be performing at the Music Institute of Chicago (in
Evanston) from 7:00 - 8:30. It will be Celebrating the music of Herbie Hancock. I will let you know who will be with
him.
