I was very sad to hear of Nano’s passing. His voice was such a wonderful compliment to the PMG of the 80’s. I got to meet him after one of the Travels concerts and you could tell he was a really nice guy. Very friendly and accessible. And, as a percussionist, he added so much more flavor to the music. This is yet another great loss to the jazz/music community. |
