Hi, Pat. The group has had some personnel changes over the years. Does that upset the apple cart when new members join the group?. How long does it take them to blend in? It seems like Philip and Jeff have been there for a years!!

hi keenya, it is usually difficult to imagine someone not being there, and amazing when someone else comes in and things not only don't grind to a halt, they sometimes even are brand new all over again with that new energy in there. we did experience that with jeff and phillip this year, they both brought a whole new vibe to everything, they are both very positive people and that made having them around a pleasure.
