I have this problem: I was in Venice, Italy, this weekend. In a restaurant they were playing a recording of an Italian guitarist, very much in the vein of Pat M. Quite good. I wrote down the guitarist’s name but lost my note, would you believe. I tried to google for the name but didn’t find it. It’s not Pat Martino nor Al DiMeola (who doesn’t sound like Pat anyway). This musician is living, working and recording in Italy. I recall his first name: Antony, Anthony or Antoni, something like that. Any suggestions? |

Right! Pino is a singer. It’s Antonio!
@theHague-- have you listen to
FGHR from Australia?

That would indeed be a good one, Chris. But like was written before: it’s Antonio Onorato.

The first time I read about him he was blatantly referred to as "the Italian Pat Metheny". He’s very good, but I wouldn’t go that far...

Hman, thank you so much, it is indeed him! Have to try his music, although it might be like fine tasting wine you had on your holiday, which appears not to be so good tasting at home :).

"thehague"-I think the name you’re
looking for is Antonio Onorato.
