What a show last night. Pat and his two new band members, James and Nate were spot on. Over the years I have gotten to see Pat in different formats . This was show number eight and probably the best one for me. I had the best seats I’ve ever had. The Bijou Theatre in K-TOWN is a great venue. Loved how he went back and reinvented, so to speak, a lot of his older tunes. His drummer, Nate, was simply awesome, taking the music to a new level. He almost stole the show. Metheny continues to be on his game. Hope other fans of his music get to catch this tour. May he play on forever. |
